Our history and our 2030 strategy
GENTA is a French group based in Angers, founded in 2009 by two business lawyers and a diplomat. The three founding partners met in Dubai, where they worked for more than 15 years.
Specialized in supporting numerous French and international groups, GENTA developed its activities in the United Arab Emirates, then in the Gulf, the Levant, Africa, then France, Europe and the Americas.
Led by multicultural and multilingual teams, GENTA is open to the world and brings human cultures together.

The Angers office becomes the headquarters of the GENTA Group, bringing together all French and international legal entities and teams.
The GENTA Group consolidates its service offering around four solutions: Professional Inbound Mobility, International Recruitment, International Employer of Record and Outsourced HR Services.
Implementation of strategic partnerships and opening of regional offices in Montreal, Dubai, Riyadh, Casablanca, Abidjan and Djibouti, in order to cover the entire globe.
Launch of the Professional Inbound Mobility offer to France and opening of the Angers office.
A third partner, an expert in strategic intelligence and public affairs, joins GENTA with the establishment of the Board.
Expansion of the offer to Lebanon, Niger, Gabon, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Côte d’Ivoire and Djibouti.
Launch of the International Employer of Record HR offer as a market-entry solution in the United Arab Emirates.
Two French lawyers, future founders of GENTA, launch an activity in Dubai supporting French companies with their establishment in the United Arab Emirates: legal consulting and company formation.
